Use of this website
The content on this site is for general information. We aim to keep specifications accurate but reserve the right to correct errors. Product availability, price and lead time are confirmed in a formal quotation.
Part numbers and compatibility
Part numbers are quoted for reference and cross-reference only. Unless expressly stated, all parts offered are aftermarket (non-OEM) replacements and are not manufactured or supplied by the original brand owner. The buyer is responsible for confirming compatibility; we confirm the match in writing on request.
Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. An order is accepted when we issue a proforma invoice and receive payment. Prices are quoted FOB or CIF as agreed.
Intellectual property
Trademarks named on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the equipment our parts fit. Nothing on this site grants any licence to those marks.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a part we supply is limited to the value of that part. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where our company is registered.
